Shipping & Returns
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in route to you. Orders can take up to 1 business day to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order, drop shipments, backorders, and made to order items).
Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
We will ship to Canada and we are working on expanding to other countries soon.
Standard shipping (5 to 7 business day transit) on all orders less than $249.99 before taxes and shipping, is $9.95 and free for all orders of $250 or more. Please note that order processing may take up to 1 business day after the order is placed for standard shipping. All orders over $50 will have the additional $5.00 handling fee waived.
Expedited shipping is available upon request. Cost will vary based on size, weight, shipping method and destination. Feel free to give us a call to receive a shipping estimate.
We do not offer expedited shipping to Canada at this time. Please note that order processing may take up to 1 business day after the order is placed for standard shipping.
All duties, surcharges, taxes or extra fees applied to shipping international will be paid for by the customer.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Returns on items eligible for return are accepted within 30 days of order shipment date. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging. To return an item contact us at 1-800-756-2356.
